With a background from management consulting, primarily within BPR, Magnus started working with SAP BI in 2002.
Since then he has held several consulting roles such as developer, solution manager, solution architect and project manager. His project experiences include BI implementations and projects in several industries. Among the various assignments Magnus was the project manager and business lead for a Global “Management Dashboard” project. The project was aimed at the top-level management in SonyEricsson and helped to greatly improve the transparency of the business intelligence and received the “Presidents Award” for best process improvement in 2008, the highest recognition available at SonyEricsson.

Mark is a Senior Consultant for SAP Business Intelligence with more than seven years of experience.
At the time he was working for SAP Consulting Germany he gained extensive knowledge by conducting many different projects acting as solution consultant/architect and project manager. He’s specialized on Warehouse Management like Data Extraction & Modeling  and industry specific topics of the Retail Business like POS Analytics, performance and handling high volumes of data.  During his time as doctoral candidate he was also working in projects with SAP R/3 in the area of industry and higher education & research. In his study of business administration he also achieved an intensive knowledge in economy and business informatics.

In 8 years of SAP experience, including 5 years in the data warehouse environment, Philipp has carried out various roles as developer, project manager, solution architect, trainer, and application tester. Niall is an ex-SAP Principal Consultant who has worked for SAP in both the UK and Sweden and who has over 11 years of hands-on experience of SAP products for a wide range of industry sectors. His project experience includes customers such as Lloyds TSB, Royal Mail, Boots Healthcare, Smith & Nephew, British American, Tobacco, SonyEricsson and Ericsson Radio Systems. Niall’s product knowledge is comprehensive as well as detailed and includes CRM, ECC, BI, APO DP and SOA. He has very strong design, configuration and development skills obtained in an international context with over 8 full lifecycle implementations in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific. His technical and process skills are complimented by strong project management experience; he has regularly worked as a site lead on key customer implementations, as well as providing overall design assurance in the role of solution architect. Niall recently worked as a Strategic Advisor on behalf of SAP and engaged customers in the Global Strategic Alliance Program for SAP.

Horst Gebhardt is a senior consultant and has been working with SAP since 1992. Four of these years he was working directly with SAP as an (external) software developer in several development projects. Markus Herrmann is a Senior Consultant with 10 years of SAP experience. Since 1997 he is gaining experience in Data Warehousing. Robert Klein is principal consultant with 11 years of software consulting and development experience. In numerous projects within various branches he was able to collect experiences as Workflow and BI consultant e.g. either within an implementation role, the role of the stream lead or the project management lead as well as data (warehouse) and solution architect. Also he was software developer for SAP in the areas of crossapplications, interface technologies, ABAP and C(++). Robert has been recently more than five years with SAP Germany, working on major SAP BI Implementations in Europe with a strong focus on different technical areas like EDW modeling, performance optimization, ILM, extraction technologies and ABAP best practices. During this time he was in charge of the Focus Group ‘Information Integration’ – also he was responsible on large BI team and budget implementation as certified Project Manager (IIL).

Ralf Klepp is Senior Consultant for SAP NetWeaver BI. He has collected over 9 years experience with software from SAP in different companies as an employee in IT-Departments and as an external consultant in the following industries: automotive, healthcare, consulting, food and household equipments. Due to his participation in many projects, Mr. Klepp has gathered extensive knowledge in the SAP BI environment and the SAP ERP modules FI and CO. In addition to designing, implementing and supporting complex BI data models and architectures, beginning with data extraction and ending with user friendly reporting and cockpits, he also creates highly sophisticated planning applications for logistics and financials.

Olaf is Solution Architect for SAP NetWeaver BI with a focus on BI technology and BI architecture. During the time he has been with SAP Consulting Germany he was involved in many SAP NetWeaver implementations and has helped customers like Siemens, Nestlé, Boots, Edeka, Schneider Electric, Arla Foods and SonyEricsson planning, developing, and running efficient and effective BI systems. Before concentrating on SAP technology he has worked several years as software and database developer and technical consultant for Hyperion BI tools. Andreas Neumann is senior consultant with a total of 12 years of experience in general Data Warehousing and 7 years in SAP BI/BW. Within the first 10 years he was in the role of an internal consultant in the industry sector of utilities. As specialist he was responsible for the whole area in data warehousing from sourcing until displaying the data, getting the requirements, developing as well as daily work and enhancements. Milco started as a FI/CO and SD developer, but for the last eight years he has been developing SAP BI solutions. He has been leading BI-implementations at Sony Ericsson, multiple Ericsson divisions and Market Unit companies as well as companies such as Sandvik. Milco has also operated as an SAP BI expert at Lyse Net, Gyldendahl, Herenco, Nobel Biocare and Vattenfall. His current assignment is at SonyEricsson as BI Solution Architect, including SOA applications, where he is also part of the architecture team responsible of reviewing and guiding all SAP initiatives and projects. Milco is the writer of a SAP BI book which will be published by Galileo Press (SAP Press) in Q2 2009. Before starting his SAP career Milco worked as a Financial Controller for Ericsson.

Ulrich has been with SAP Consulting for more than 10 years primarily specializing in the applications Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA, PS-CO), Investment Management (IM) and Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA).
The last eight years he was mainly involved in BI projects with a strong focus on the conceptual design and realisation of large customer enhancements. For example he has designed and enhanced balance sheet and P&L planning application, and has developed a statistic-based approach for calculating discounted cash flows (DCF).
